Hassle-Free Returns
We accept returns/exchanges via our third party carrier Printful inc. See return criteria in sec. 5 of Term & Conditions
We strongly recommend exchanging items to ensure you maintain equity value. Once return process completed your equity will be reduced and your new equity value will be reflected on your equity page.
Return Process
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team via email [buildwealth@divyinvest.com]. We will guide you through the process and provide you with instructions. Once we receive the returned item, we will proceed with the refund or exchange based on your preference.
Conditions for Returns
Before returning an item, please ensure it meets Divy Invest and Printful inc conditions. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
